The residence is situated right next to a casino, between the beaches (5 minutes’ walk) and the old village center (5 minutes’ walk). The residence is as well surrounded by le massif de la Clape and the pond of Pech Maynaud.
The geographical implantation of the residence will allow you to discover beaches internationally know for windsurf, as well as all the historical and cultural treasures, the Aude vineyards around Gruissan.
